Born in 1958 in the UK, Lesley trained as an illustrator at
Harrow College of Art in London and continues to practice as an
artist.
She currently lives and works in East London as a
psychotherapist.
Lesley worked in the atelier of Galerie Maste 4 from the
22nd December to the 19th January 2013.
This series of 50 works were a direct response to
the landscape outside the atelier window of
Galerie Maste4.
The works were made rapidly in response to the intensity of the
environment.
They attempt to capture the contrast of the static presence of
the mountains, with the constantly shifting light, wind and snow -
the mountains' changing moods.
